I like the cleanliness and location of the hotel which is near to Sai Ying Pun Station. There's also availability of tram rides.

They have pre-check-in check in relation to COVID-19 which makes me feel safe to stay in the hotel. Staff are Super nice and professional. I will definitely come back again.

The hotel is clean and staff is nice. The hotel also perform enough measures for the COVID-19, for example, temperatures measure and fill in the health questionnaire before check in.

地下鉄、バス、トラムも近く移動には便利です。マカオ行のフェリーターミナルも歩ける距離です。周辺の散策はウオールアートもあり、楽しいです。１８階のハーバービューの部屋はバスタブもあり、シャワーヘッドも気持ちの良いお湯がでます。 ただ、ハーバービューには少しがっかり。ホテルの位置がハーバーの西にありますので、所謂香港の夜景はみえません。ホテルのすぐそばにある飲茶のテイクアウトのお店がとてもおいしいです。

The property was great and in a good location. Metro is very close and easy to get around. Bettina our concierge was excellent and helped navigate our day. Only downside was the beds are a little harder than my liking. I was happy that they are working to go green and had water available. Very clean.

The front desk staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. The very first experience at the hotel started with total disappointment due to terrible staff at the desk although the room was far beyond expectation.

Their tv can’t connect to YouTube with WiFi access, and even worse, there is no Bluetooth speaker for us to play music. To be frank, if they claim the rooms are newly-renovated, they suppose to provide either.
