Great location that's a short walk to subway and buses. My room was very nice and clean. However, it's on the small size at 150 sq.ft. The area is very lively at night time with all the bars and restaurants, however, inside the hotel it was very quiet especially in my room. I was there for 4 nights and I never heard any noise while I was in my room. I would recommend this hotel.

The location is brilliant and I would stay again for that reason. However, I did find the room just a little grubby when I first checked in. There were hairs in the shower and stains on the bedside table. I didn't make a fuss because they were not big issues. The room was a touch small, but in HK that's to be expected. All said, location was great and the staff were very helpful.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for 5 nights and my experience was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to assist me, particularly when it came to the issue of my lost luggage. Their proactive approach in contacting the baggage service on my behalf was a huge relief and is a testament to their friendly and helpful service. The housekeeping staff also deserves a mention for their exceptional service. Every interaction was met with a smile, making my stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. One of the standout features of this hotel is its location. It's perfectly situated near a variety of transportation options, making it incredibly easy to explore the city. Whether I wanted to walk to Central or Causeway Bay, everything was conveniently accessible. Additionally, the area is surrounded by great food places, adding to the overall experience of my stay. Although the room was small, it was efficiently designed with enough space to accommodate my luggage comfortably. This thoughtful consideration towards space management made my stay even more pleasant. Based on my experience, I wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel again. Its combination of outstanding service, prime location, and comfortable accommodations make it an excellent choice. Also, the convenience of getting to the hotel from the airport was also a major plus. There is a direct bus, the A11, that stops right at the hotel.

It would be great if the property can we start the breakfast service. Specially some options of English breakfast Western breakfast restaurant nearby area serving Western breakfast do not exist.

Decent enough for the price. Gym is outdoors which was fine for winter, but imagine in summer it makes it too hot to actually use compared to an air conditioned gym. Otherwise it was good. Convenient and staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Good basic hotel but limited amenities- no dining or bar options. (No cool looking bar with skyline views as one of the pics suggests) Small but good standard room. Close to Metro and on a main road so well connected. Front desk staff very polite and friendly. The local 'back streets' near this hotel are bit seedy though.

Really nice, stylish hotel, with very friendly staff. Good quality and service for the price. Only drawbacks are: - the “standard double room” is a bit small, though very normal for Hong Kong, but has only a double bed (not queen size or king size) - the gym consists of just 4-5 little machines (if all you need is a treadmill or a bike, you’re fine). Other than that: great, stylish, comfy, quiet, friendly staff and good location.

Good spot for a stay in HK. Facility is clean, provides all the basic necessities, smaller room but that's just the nature of HK. Dining, shopping, metro, all within walking distance.

The location is great in Wan Chai. The room has a great view on the 28th floor. The bad part is that the room is too small. I stayed next door in Kew Green a few days ago. Similar price, same one bed room, at least 1.5 times bigger.

Convenient and clean!
Friendly front-desk and housekeeping. Short walk to the pier. Central location and easily accessible to other parts of Hong Kong Island or Kowloon by MTR--the bus stop is also steps away. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Really enjoyed my stay. The staff were really kind and friendly! The rooms are, understandably small but not cramped. The bathtub was super pleasant to soak in. Bedding was comfortable. Internet was stable. I frequently feel like hotels are not adequately clean but this one felt very well sanitized. Would definitely stay again.

As a solo traveller, felt very comfortable during my stay here. It was convenient to get to and from as the train station was close by. The staff were also super lovely. Would stay again. I absolutely love the smell of the lobby.
