"The hotel was amazing. This is my forth time visiting Roatan and out of Mayan Princess & Infinity, this one is the best one. Rooms are cleaner and better. I also want to note that, in their hotel, they have a nice restaurant called "Alera'' and they have amazing servers. I was very impressed with the service given to me and my family by Tairy and Ernesto. Both of them made my stay even better."

Viajamos de Estados Unidos, viaje en familia y todo fue increíble, limpieza, personal, las camas y almohadas increíbles, aire acondicionados, baños muy bien equipados, con crema, shampoo y acondicionador, muy limpia la playa y las piscinas. "I'm local tourist (honduran) my family likes to visit our country. Some places, like this one, didn't treat us nicely, specially some staff from the restaurant of the hotel. We went to the pool of the Pristine Bay Hotel and the lady did not talk to us nicely. I think they need some education treating the client as well as the administrator of this villa. They need to talk to the client better and explain nicely the rules of everything."

"Staff was very attentive, great place only problem was the hot water. Besides that I had a great and pleasant stay with my fiance & another couple. Every room has a double bed very convenient if going with family."
