The beachfront location is great and the staff are super nice. The property grounds are definitely in dire need of repair and maintenance but the beachfront location is excellent for a quick weekend gateway.

My week at telamar.

From the friendly staff at check in to the well maintained beautiful, clean grounds impressive to be surpassed only by the menu variety of the buffet restaurant. I Must mention the friendly security guards always helpful with directions and conversation. The white sand beach is incomparable, in other words i loved it.

This resort is a great place to enjoy quality time with family. However, it could benefit from offering more entertainment and fun activities for all age groups. Honduras is a beautiful country, and the resort has a great opportunity to highlight its rich culture and traditions. Incorporating cultural experiences such as Punta dancing and historical storytelling would greatly enhance the experience for visitors and help promote local heritage. The food quality could also be improved, with a greater variety of dishes to suit different tastes. Additionally, the pricing seems quite high—charging L489 for a basic breakfast feels excessive, especially when similar meals can be found for around L200 elsewhere. Overall, while the country and location are beautiful, the resort needs further development and better promotion to truly shine and attract more international visitors.

This was my first time a telemar. I went with my two kids ages 12 & 2. The staff was amazing and extremely professional! The place was clean and comfortable. The amenities was good and there’s something for all ages. The resort was extremely safe! Would book again and always recommend

I really like the pool area, bathroom areas excellent, I felt safe and cleaning staff were excellent. Cash was not allowed which I was a problem since I was not able to get a drink. The guards outside were amazing!

The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. It was surprisingly quiet. I chose the all-inclusive option. The food was okay, not great, but edible and I didn't have to cook it.Options were very limited in foods and snacks, and the quality of these was mediocre.

The resort accomodated our change request to stay one day less than we had planned. However we did have to contact a few people and the process was complicated to get this done. Nevertheless the resort was empty and entertainment was ok given the circumstances. The food was good and the drinks were small. The rooms are confortable but the beds are dated. Overall this was a confortable stay.

The shower spray al over the bathroom, the smell in the room terrible. No one is cleaning the pool area ...found dirty sock ketchup bag wings bones and straw all around the pool. The delfin staff is amazing aswell asfood and drink. Bella Vista is super clean and staff friendly. There is lot to do to keep the resort in a better shape since the price of everything

I liked the security it was very safe They need more work and organization in the area of beds sheets towels garbage bags having a number you can call to ask for towels linen etc. and menu needs more work and those small glasses to have a drink are so small better big also why’s going on with the restaurants around the resort the snack bar closes early the other one by the beach is never open oh and the parking is free but they treat new customers to better parking and what about the ones that are staying long that are there longer should have their own parking area no they make you park far don’t like that because people that have conditions but don’t have the tag for it to park on those special parking they should work on that and last the beds are bad the bed sheets everything needs update you will freeze with those blankets very rough and the hair dryer smells like poop and don’t work change them please no I would not stay there better pay more for better service.

We waited 30 minutes to be able to get into the room. Once the room was ready. It had a very strong smell to chemicals. We left the doors opened but the smell did not go away. The is beautiful and the slides as well. I think it needs a little more cleaning with vacuum as you can see very dark spot, specially close to the bar. Also, the pool urgently needs a layer of new materia, under the water it was very scratchy when is suppose to be smooth. The water sprinklers needs a water pressure as well, there is a a lot of molding growing in there. On the hood side, I felt very safe in this hotel. They is security in the perimeter. All the staff was very polite. We were able to leave our luggage in the hotel even before the 3 PM. The hotels is huge. You can walk around or have a run in the beach. The pool design was amazing. The water flow is continuous, the grading from the shallow to the deepest was very well done and I would feel very safe to let my kids swing around. That pool is huge.
