Nachdem wir die Unterkunft daraufhin kontaktiert haben, kam lediglich eine freche und überhebliche Antwort, wir hätten ja ein „Zimmer-Upgrade“ erhalten und sollten dankbar sein. "I recommend this complex, very good. The price is very flexible and the view of the beach was incredible. We were on the 25th floor and had a perfect view. Also very walkable about 3 minute walk to beach and the area around the hotel has lots of food options (Russian, Italian, American food etc) and stores. 10/10!"

"The host is very enthusiastic The receptionist checked in quickly and supported me to send my laundry, pick it up the same day so it was quite convenient The high floor room has a super nice view, the equipment in the room is comfortable and new. I stayed on the 30th floor but the water pressure was still very strong. The room price is reasonable I will definitely come back here next time"

"The staff is good but hotel is old, we got stuck in elevator for 20 minutes, the emergency bell & phone inside elevator didn’t work- I had to call my brother come to the reception to let them know, my mom almost pass out, it’s unsafe inside the rooms don’t have shower door."
