"So convenient to everything we wanted to do in Chicago! The lobby is gorgeous but the rest of the hotel pretty run down, some areas with vintage charm and other areas bordering on dilapidated. The vending machine room on 1st floor is ugly and frightening. And every machine was out of water bottles. ..."
