Hotel Dekat Home Avenue Park

"Bed bugs!!!"

"We unfortunately booked the same weekend a kid tournament group was staying there, so we had kids running everywhere, screaming in halls, knocking on random doors while the parents were all downstairs drinking at the bar. The hotel staff dod nothing about it. But the bar was closed both evenings I went down, even the fireplace was turned off outside so we couldn't enjoy a single evening there. Then the second morning we stayed, the breakfast was already closed. Went swimming instead, but there...

"We only stayed for one night, but the hotel is beautiful! Our room was on the 3rd floor, had lots of space, and was clean. The entire hotel is beautifully decorated and maintained, and the staff were friendly. Highly recommend!"

"Nice comfortable room"

"Staff pleasant and helpful. Breakfast not so good."

"I will book again."

"Carpet in room needed cleaning"

"A Charming Fall Getaway! What a charming and welcoming place to stay! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cozy atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, and inviting character of the property. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy a peaceful fall getaway. Our stay was a wonderful experience, and we enjoyed every moment. We enjoyed it so much that we plan to make this our regular fall getaway destination for years to come. We look forward to returning next autumn!"

"The room was clean and the staff was nice. Great location, right off the highway. There is a shopping area only 10 minutes away."

"First of all, the staff were amazing. They had the kindest, sweetest ladies working at the front desk. They were super helpful and went out of their ways. When we first went into our room it was smelled strongly of dogs and there was dog hair all over the carpets. There was also something running down the front of the mini fridge. I talked to the lady at the front and she changed our room right away. The second room was much better. If this hotel got a deep clean, I would have no issues....

"Nothing in room worked coffee pot missing parts refrigerator wouldn’t get cold housekeeping didn’t show up had to go to front desk and get towels and bags for garbage I was really disappointed wish I would’ve used my points and money elsewhere"
