"Pleasant stay at the hotel. Very clean & comfortable room. Staff were very friendly & welcoming. It’s our first time to NZ, & glad chose this hotel. Convenient location, free parking daily, bed was comfortable, they provided complimentary tea/coffee/chocolate packets, & best part was the they cleaned the room well everyday. Will definitely visit the hotel again. "

"This is one of my favorite hotels ever and we travel all over the world frequently. The entire staff took great care of. Can’t say enough good things about the concierge Baj. He helped us with transportation, tours and even made sure we were able to get breakfast in before an early tour. The hotel was gorgeous too but the staff made it even more special. "This stay wasn’t as good as my last as this room didn’t have a seat and table. Had I known rooms of the same standard have different layouts, I would have asked for one with a seat and small table. This room was much smaller than last time and I wondered if I’d had a first time experience that wasn’t to be repeated."

"I don’t usually bother writing reviews but the value for money here was amazing! We booked a twin room with our toddler and had breakfast each morning the hotel was lovely and the staff were so nice. The breakfast was so good!!! And the room was a great size. Will definitely be back."

"Quiet hotel never heard any noise from within the hotel however heaps of people zooming around the neighbourhood all night long on the Saturday night but less people on the sunday night, of course this is out of the hotels control but some people may appreciate our honesty.
