"The property is very rural and feels very safe. Parking is easy. The buildings are a little dated but well maintained. Everything was very clean and everything worked. The bed was comfortable. The room includes a coffee maker, a microwave, a mini-refrigerator, a large TV and WiFi. I particularly liked that the WiFi did not require a password. The large chain hotels and their password schemes usually wreak havoc with my employer's VPN requirement. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. If you have business in the Mineola-Quitman area and need a clean, reasonable place to stay, I recommend this motel."

"We could park right outside the door of our room, so we felt very safe. The air conditioner worked perfectly and was not noisy at all. The TV and refridgerator worked perfetly also. No problems witb our room whatsoever."

The breakfast is really delightful and plentiful. The hosts are great people and they will leave you in peace if that is what you want. We chose to visit with them and had pleasant conversation. We highly staying here you want peace and tranquility. It is such a lovely gem in the woods! "
