We had the best experience! The room was awesome and up to date, although I failed to figure out the ceiling fan and why the light would randomly come on in the middle of the night. The staff was so friendly and helpful and being right next to shopping and everything you could need in walking distance was amazing! I was so impressed! Probably the best hotel experience I have had! We will definitely be coming back!!

Everything about our stay was excellent. We had a problem with our heat. Called the desk. Someone was at our room within 10-15 minutes. He took a look at it , made an adjustment, and had the issue resolved in less than 5 minutes with no further issues.

It was an amazing stay, great customer service, comfy beds, clean, great view. The only thing why i didn't give it a 5star was because shower door didn't close tightly that the water would spill out and i had to dry it with towels,. I had to ask for more everytime we showered. I would definitely stay there again. Its located right next to the polor express train.
