"Our stay was disappointing from the moment we arrived. We checked in during the evening when the hotel was not busy, yet we still had to wait several minutes because the front desk receptionist (I believe her name was Debby) was apparently at the gas station on the corner. "One of the receptionists was cool, but the hotel is literally a mess. They say the rooms are non-smoking, yet the first room I got reeked of Marlboro cigarettes — it was like a literal hotbox of smoke. Then the second room I got, because I refused to stay in the first one, was a complete mess. The sheets weren’t even cleaned, and housekeeping clearly doesn’t bother changing them. The comforter had stains, and there were literal cigarette burn marks all over it. That’s honestly so gross and...

"I come for only an overnight stay-less than 12 hrs. I rest for a long ride home. Everyone is always pleasant and helpful."

"Parking was easy and free which was good. Breakfast was good just needed a non pork item for meat for travelers who don’t eat pork. "

"Breakfast was good with large variety. Had only sausage,would have like bacon or ham. Casino was nice with large variety of machines. Staff was friendly and helpful."

"The sheets were stained with appeared to be lubricant. I attached a picture. Didn’t notice until morning. It was disgusting. The lobby smelled when you walked in like a very dirty person."

"The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Nice updated room. The walls are a bit thin, but it is a historic building, so I expected it. Fantastic stay and I highly recommend!"

"The room was smaller than expected but fortunately we were only staying one night. The room didn’t seem to have enough insulation and it was a cold, windy night when we arrived. The heating system worked great but the bathroom remained cold even with the door left open. It was easy to complete the check-in process and receive our door code. The only suggestions I would make is for more areas in the bathroom for supplies, maybe a small shelf and more drinking cups, only 2 were provided."

"The staff was friendly!! When we got to our room we had no toilet paper then the toilet was messed up we had to call for a plunger at 3am and again at 10:15 this morning then they left the plunger in front of the room door. Beds are very uncomfortable and the tv wouldn’t turn up or off smh. Our check out was at 11am at 10:52 someone was coming in our room and we were still getting ready to leave no knock or anything very uncomfortable and unprofessional…Yikes!!! "

"The accommodations were ok; but other occupants were very loud outside the room and the walls are thin; room next door tv was very clearly heard and we could even hear the occupants’ coughing "
