"I picked this hotel for the pool,we come every year,this year we came a day earlier so we could enjoy the pool."Our feet were black from walking on the floors,when my wife said something,the clerk said they swiffer them,which means they're not properly cleaned.In my room ,the desk chair was missing a wheel and it looked like an orange soda exploded in the freezer and was never cleaned outand no one ever even came to see it after being notified. "This was the best dog friendly hotel I've ever been to. Dog friendly doesn't quite describe it. Dog loving is more like it. My puppy got to play with multiple doggie friends. The woman at the front desk was unbelievably friendly and wonderful and sweet. She had dog treats at the ready and was very concerned about being my husband 's ability to get around on crutches. I can't recommend it enough"
