Erika and Mike were wonderful Inn hosts with unending hospitality! Having never been to New Hampshire before Erika gave us fantastic suggestions of where to take in the fall colors as well as some local treasures. Mike is truly a great cook; making cook to order breakfasts for each guests that included fresh whipped cream. The common areas are warm and welcoming with drinks to help yourself from hot tea to wines. The suite we stayed in was well appointed; soft linens and towels and an incredibly comfortable bed. We hope to come stay again sometime in the summertime.

A fantastic family owned and run Inn with a brilliant welcome. These people really care and are passionate about the guest experience. A beautiful historic property with a lovely warm ambience. Comfortable rooms, spotlessly clean and in the perfect spot for exploring the squam lake region and the northern NH scenic trails. A lot of sustainable practice and locally sourced ingredients adds to the experience.

This is a B&B operated with lots of care and attention to detail. We really enjoyed our short stay, and meeting the family that run the Inn on Golden Pond. We loved using the properties kayaks to paddle the perimeter on Little Squam, and thought the scenic railway in Meredith was a great slice of American life. Loved it.

what a great place to stay with great owners.I have driven by this place several times and decided to give it a try and was glad we did.They make you feel at home and even kept the fire going outside till i got back that night to enjoy it.I will be back for sure

We were welcomed at the front door of the inn, greeted with coffee ad muffins and given a tour. Our room was lovely and spacious, breakfast was delicious and the location ideal. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Inn
Our stay at the Inn was just amazing. It was comfortable and the owners were just so wonderful. The couple was friendly and they were there for anything we needed. We will definitely go back again. The decorating at the Inn was gorgeous, modern and comfortable. I can't say enough good things about this place.

The room was beautifully decorated, very spacious and clean, and the bed was one of the best we have ever slept in. The property has been wonderfully updated. A lot of attention to detail in every regard! The Owners were very friendly, helpful, and the breakfast was delicious.

The place is immaculate and the owners are so friendly. I love that you don’t have to book 2 rooms for a family of more than two kids. Each room has a king sized bed, a twin bed and all but 1 I believe includes a futon. They have plenty of games and arts and crafts as well as a home cooked breakfast. They understand the dog is part of the family and are dog friendly (the dog even gets a breakfast). Hot cocoa and coffee bar 24/7. Can’t wait to go back. It’s about 25 minutes to the ice castles.

Absolutely in love
Room was spotless and beautifully decorated (we stayed in Church Island on the second floor). From the moment we arrived we were taken by how charming and pretty the property is. Erica gave us a dinner recommendation (which was spot on) and made us feel incredibly welcomed. Her husband Mike made breakfast in the morning which was exceptional. Wonderful start to our day and tail end of our stay. Chatting with them both was like meeting old friends again. They’re incredibly friendly, and they run their business the way they’d want to experience it as guests. This was our first b&b experience, and we can’t wait to get up there again sometime. I’d definitely go out of my way to stay here again.

A great inn!
It's a beautiful inn, run by a lovely family and they were very accommodating, let us bring our dog with us! We had a great time, playing board games in the beautiful common living space by the fireplace at night, the room was very clean and nicely decorated, and the breakfast was delicious too.

A cute bed & breakfast. The room was lovely (birch room) and the owner said they are remodeling the showers so that will be nice. Thin walls, but expected in an old house. The breakfast was the best part! The food was delicious and we met some lovely, friendly people. That really did make the stay. We were only there overnight.

A New England gem
Our stay was all-too-brief, but wonderful. We loved our room -- beautifully decorated, spacious and impeccably clean. Many scrumptious breakfast choices. Good dinner and hiking spots nearby, and of course spectacular viewpoints and leaf colors all around. But above all else, the innkeepers, Erica and Mike, are the best -- very outgoing, funny and service oriented. Wish we could have stayed longer, and have already recommended Inn on Golden Pond to our friends.

Wonderful B&B. Our room Birch Island was great, it seems they thought of everything. Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was awesome, Erica and Mike are so nice and welcoming. Fun to watch the chickens roaming around. Would definitely stay here again. Also have kayaks available, nice touch.

My husband and I visited as part of parents weekend at our sons school. The inn was clean, comfortable and adorably decorated. Mike makes a delicious waffle and fresh whipped cream, while Erika and the kids make your feel like family. We can’t wait to visit again

The best stay in New Hampshire!
From start to finish this was an amazing stay! So much I extended my stay two days! The Inn is run by an amazing couple who have created a wonderfully inviting and welcoming place. You are greeted by Erica one of the innkeepers and shown around and to your room. The rooms are each their own space but each is exquisitely designed and decorated. The beds and linens are high quality! It is quiet at night which is great after you have spent time outside for s'mores at the fire pit. Complimentary wine, beer, coffee, tea, expresso and hot chocolate flows. Breakfast is made to order with love and care by the other innkeeper Mike! Who’s breakfasts are top of the charts! He puts such love and care in every dish. With eggs from their coups, farm to table produce and meats! I won’t stay any other inn in the Interlakes region!

Another delightful stay at the inn!
We enjoyed another wonderful overnight at this spacious and very clean inn. The innkeepers are wonderful, and Kelli is a terrific cook who provides delicious homemade breads and hearty breakfast entrees. The rooms (we've stayed in more than one) are spacious and comfortable, plus there's plenty of parking available. We hope to return soon!

Amazing everything. Kelly and Darren are incredibly warm and inviting, you feel instantly at home and relaxed. Breakfast was incredible, Kelly is an amazing cook, and makes all her own homemade breads and jams and syrups!

Wonderful inn with spacious rooms and breakfast
We enjoyed a two-night family vacation (five of us, staying three in the Bear's Den and two in the Mallard's Cove room) at this wonderful inn and hope to be back in the winter to enjoy winter sports in that area. (looking forward to sitting in front of the inn's living room fireplace with a roaring fire going!) We decided to spend our family vacation in Holderness and were very happy to spend two nights at this wonderful inn, which is just down the road from two of our favorite places, Squam Lake Science Center and Water's Basin Restaurant. The checkin process, spaciousness of the rooms and bathrooms, excellent service, and FABULOUS breakfasts made it a wonderful vacation for us. The innkeepers are friendly, the property is lovely and quiet (even though the inn was full), and the location is convenient to all the fun places to visit in Holderness. Highly recommend staying here!
