設備・サービス、特に食事は値段に対して非常に高パフォーマンス その上で、食事券の渡し忘れや追加料金や簡易清掃による割引などの内訳の話をきちんと伝えない受付の男性がいた点が惜しい また、コインランドリーで500円を入れても400円しか出てこないことがよくあるそう。お金が絡むことは問題になる前にきちんと修理すべきだと思う。 風呂の扉がすぐに修理されていたりと良い点も伺える。
