The staff is very welcoming and helpful, the room had everything you need and more, truly can’t say enough good things about our stay, next time we visit Sapporo we will be staying here again!"

"Everything was perfect except the bathroom was musty - very clean and nice but smelled of mildew. "

"Breakfast is 2600 yen if you buy the day of. it was made freah daily with access to the buffet of salad, rice, sausage, bacon, salmon, grilled vegetables, baked goods and drinks. it may sound steep but my friend and I filled up and were good for the day. only needing something light for lunch. Taking into account what coffee costs at cafes, we felt it qas great value. Staff are super friendly and helpful too. Room is typical Japanese sized room. it was nice to be able to put our luggage under the beds."
