The hotel itself was quite nice and clean, and we likely would have given 4 or 5 stars except for the fact that the room described in our booking was not what we were given. We booked a two bedroom suite that was advertised as two bedrooms with private bathrooms, king beds, separate dining/living area with table and couch. What we received was a one bedroom suite where the couch had been removed and a queen bed put in its place. And the second 'ensuite' was more like a powder room with a small stand up shower that couldn't be used without flooding the whole bathroom. When we brought these discrepancies to the hotel we were told essentially you get what you get. And there was no effort to fix the unusable shower. Overall the hotel itself was fine, buffet breakfast was good and outside of the room issue the staff was very friendly but be aware that the photos online are intentionally deceiving and are advertised as much larger than reality.

Facility is not 5 Star. Equipment & room furniture are poor quality. Gym equipment worn out. Grumpy ladies in the morning for breakfast. Ac broken. Curtains stained. Table not stable. Mirror make-up not secured Did not feel comfortable staying in the hotel. No I will not recommend this hotel. I have no plans of staying here again.
