Some time after making the reservation I called to ask how to check-in given that it said there is no front desk and I didn't receive any instructions. I was told in German they are fully booked, despite having a confirmed reservation (and the hotels.com website having several rooms there). "Beautiful nature the area surrounded with mountains "

"A very large and spacious room with two separate areas, a good wellness zone with a wide selection of different saunas and a small pool, and a nice restaurant. Some drawbacks: the bathroom and toilet doors had no locks, and there was no closing door between the two room areas. There were also no croissants at breakfast. The price felt a bit too high for what was offered."

"Nice Bavarian cultural hotel with local foods. Lunch comes with limited options. Dinners were usually ok except one day. If you don't eat meat it is a bit hard to find something suitable to you. You may need to request room cleaning if you need. Great place for kids, they can navigate themselves above 3yo. "
