"We were in a large group and had an excellent two night stay here. The staff was so nice and helpful. The pool and hot tub area is very nice and the rooms are fine. Dated but very clean. Very convenient location, things within walking distance. We all agreed we would stay here again!"

"The room was not clean. We had to work on the shower to get it to spray. Elevator carpet was filthy. When we checked out I asked for my receipt and I got a blank piece of paper with no amount that was charged. I will now need to look into my credit card statement to make sure they billed me correctly. I was thankful we were only there to sleep before my daughters graduation."

"This was an overall unpleasant experience. From the front desk being unattended, resulting in another worker yelling up the stairs for the someone to come check me in, to the hair in the bathtub and dust covered furniture, it was not somewhere I felt comfortable staying. I immediately contacted Expedia for help, but they couldn't reach anyone on staff to address concerns. I ended up leaving and as I was pulling out, saw the two workers out front smoking, which is probably why they couldn't be contacted. Neither Expedia nor the hotel have been helpful in getting any sort of refund for a night I didn't stay."
