"My best friend and I came here to stay for 2 days, they never cleaned the room, when we went to the bathroom there were still used condoms that hadn't been thrown away. When we announced check-out, they asked us to pay because we hadn't paid in full. After I opened the app to show them, they apologized. "The hotel and staff were top-notch.
The area around is typical “rural” Vietnamese.
If you are a Westerner- looking for a pristine beach experience- you won’t like this area (but you WILL like the hotel).
If you are used to Southeast Asia travel- you will really enjoy it.
Note: we were the only Westerners we saw- and we felt like rock stars. Everyone said “hello.” All the kids ran up to us giggling. "

"This resort was one of the overall nicest properties we’ve ever stayed. The grounds were clean and well cared for the staff was super friendly and inviting if you needed something, the beaches were amazing. I would highly recommend this property for anybody to stay. Make sure your driver will take you into town for groceries because when we were there, the restaurant had limited hours and was not open past 2 PM"
