"Clean room"

"Room was dirty, one bed needed fresh sheets because it was covered with another guests hair, toilet was covered with another guest’s feces, hot tub wasn’t working, outdoor garbage cans were overflowing and outdoor security lock was broken. Staff was responsive, but it was clear they were completely overwhelmed. This property is dated and seemingly falling apart."

"Parking fees were unexpected at check-in and our room was not as clean as I would have liked."

"I have stayed here before and it is a nice clean hotel, close to where I wanted to be. The rooms are big, they have plenty of room for your bags and luggage. Big bathroom with everything you need. The only thing I would change is the size of the beds and the comfort of the beds. Put 2 queens in a room and have more comfortable mattresses."

"Did not stay at the place I reserved as I was told my reservation was moved to a different hotel. I received no voicemail or email on this change. I wasn’t made aware of this until i tried checking in with my family. Was told by Wyndham and Expedia that i am unable to get a refund and there was nothing that i can do. Not happy at all about this. "

"Hotel was fine in general, but the shower was out of soap when I got there. I had to pump soap from the sink into a cup to use in the shower...should NEVER happen. Ironing board was funky. Housekeeping needs to treat those like linens and wash frequently. Breakfast had powdered eggs, but great coffee. "

"The breakfast offered a lot of variety but the taste was not very good. The fitness center had no free weights and both treadmills were out of order. Vending machines were out of order as well. "
