"A Great Stay! The hotel felt newly renovated, and very clean. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed. We found ourselves wishing we had more than one night to stay. We would definitely stay again. We ate at the restaurant on property and it was good. Very conveniently located to the Dells."

"Very clean hotel. Our room had some drainage near the ceiling as if a past guest had a carbonated dark beverage explode and get all over the wall. This may have been unnoticed by housekeeping. Otherwise very clean. The vent in our bathroom didn’t work so it ended up a bit humid in the room. Breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast of egg, potatoes and turkey sausage. Cereal, oatmeal packets, fruits and muffins were a nice option! Overall would stay again!"

"I loved everything about the property, the property was clean and accommodating to all that traveled with me. Super family friendly when traveling with young kids. We had a hiccup and it was resolved and assured immediately! Definitely would recommend and will use this hotel for our return visit in a couple weeks! Don’t forget your swag bag upon check in! "As always, Fairmont Inns, are clean and nicely appointed. The issue we had was with the front desk and housekeeping. There was an accident on our second night and we needed one of the beds sheets changed. The woman at the desk said that it was a firm rule that housekeeping could only clean a room every three days. We had no issue with that, we did not want our room cleaned. We just needed one of the beds to have clean sheets because it was soiled and unsanitary to sleep in. The woman at the...

"We tried to cancel our reservation because our greyhound bus was cancelled. We did not stay. We bought insurance but they did not offer us the cancellation request on Friday June 5 since it was 1.5 hours after check in time. Horrible customer service"

"We had a lakeside kitchenette, with 2 queen beds. The view of the lake was beautiful. The pool looked like fun but we didn’t have time for it. Fishing was ok, a couple small bluegills caught on worms. For the price, you can’t beat this place. Our kitchenette had everything we needed except the food, pots, pans, utensils etc. very close to all the action that the Dells have to offer. Definitely worth it and will be coming back again."
