A Wonderful Second Stay at Vinhomes!

This is my second time staying at Vinhomes Central Park Premier Apartment, and it was just as enjoyable as the first. The apartment is modern, spacious, and very well maintained, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, right by Landmark 81 and Central Park, making it convenient for both leisure walks and easy access to the nearby mall.

Exceptional Rental Experience I recently had the pleasure of renting this Vinhomes in Landmark 4 and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The property was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and perfectly maintained. The cleaning team went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of. The floors were polished, the bathrooms were sanitized, and the kitchen was sparkling clean. I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail in the linens and amenities, which were always fresh and clean. The property management team were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. They were always available to answer questions, provide recommendations, and address any concerns I had. The check-in process was seamless, and the communication was clear and concise. The location of landmark 4 was perfect for my needs. It was close to local attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, making it easy to get around without a car. Overall, my experience at this Vinhomes was exceptional. When we arrived, there was no shower curtain, limited towels provided. We have to request hand towels. The bathtub is about 21/2 ft tall that we have to climb in and out with no handhold. It is not handicapped and elderly friendly. Spacious kitchen with basic pot/pan, silverware,etc., It has washing machine in the unit, but no English instruction. TV channel has only CNN available, it is not friendly for someone who could not understand Vietnamese language. The staff tried their best to accommodate us setting the Netflix TV in English caption to no success. Safe neighborhood and accessible to restaurants and stores.

The Good: - The location is very convenient for everywhere I want to go, typically within 15 to 30 minutes. - House keeping is available during my stay - The owner is very communicative and always ensures everything runs smoothly. Whenever I make a request, she promptly provides. The bad: - The restroom has a lot of mold around the corners - The apartment appliances are cheap. Mostly made out of very thin plastic. -The apartment does not look the pictures posted on Expedia. - The apartment fills with alot of fragrances to hide the existing smell, maybe moldy smell? - The exhaust fan in the restroom is very weak and covered in visible dust. -The bed is as hard as a rock, and my back hurts every morning. -The bed sheet feels cheap, almost like it’s made of very thin plastic. While ironing my clothes on the bed because I did not see an ironing board, I accidentally burned the sheet. It burned very easily with just a little heat, and I could even smell the plastic. Honestly, for the price, this apartment is not worth it. It doesn’t look like the pictures.
