사장이 호텔운영에 관심이 전혀없음 방문하니 공사중으로 문닫혀있고 사전통보도 없이 샤이니뷰에서 샤이니로 변경하고 차액 환불도 안해주고 연락두절

최악의 호텔 예약확인까지 하고 방문했는데 호텔문이 닫혀있었음 어떻게 된건지 확인하러 샤이니호텔로 방문했더니 샤이니뷰가 공사중이라 샤이니호텔로 배정했다고 함 사전 안내 연락도 없고 호텔비도 샤이니가 더 저렴한데 차액환불도 안되고 사장은 여행중이라고 연락두절 귀국해서도 연락안됨

총체적 난국_A total crisis.
호텔스닷컴으로 예약하고 숙박비까지 내고 갔는데, 가자마자 오버부킹이라며 돈을 돌려주겠다고 함. 뿐만아니라, 자기가 받은 돈은 내가 호텔스닷컴에 지불한 금액과 다르다며 자기가 받은 금액만 돌려주겠다는 말도안되는 소리를 함. 주인같아보이는 여자분은 영어도 안돼서 다른 사람 기다리느라 바쁜 토요일 저녁에 30 분을 날려버림... They over-booked their room. Once I arrived their, the owner said 'return the money' and tried to return the amount that deducted fee from hotels.com. The gap is almost 10 US dollars. It took 30min, my precious time on Saturday.....
