The room was very clean, no bad smell. Though the picture on the post looked more spacious, the room was really perfect for me. Most importantly, the cotton bed sheet was soft and very clean that I had deep sleep.

Amazing room, amazing owner. I got into contact with them through WhatsApp and they are really helpful. My check in was delayed due to immigration (if you are reading this, try to buy fast track immigration at HCMC before you land because it can more than an hour to clear immigrations), and the owner was awake at 11pm local time to help me check in. The room keys have buttons for the shutter and the room locks have numpads which make them super accessible since I can unlock the room while my roommate is outside with the keys. The rooms are super cute and a lift is available. You have to purchase water bottles yourself at a Circle K nearby, but thats alright. Would definitely visit again!

街中なので周辺には必要なものが揃っていますが、少し通りからは入った場所なので、夜はとても静かでした。洗濯機は共用ですが、戸数が少ないので使えない事はありませんでした。部屋に冷蔵庫がないのが唯一不便だったのと、シャワーの水圧がもう少し高ければと思いました。 夜間は自分でシャッターの開閉が出来るので防犯面でも安心です。また、利用します。

J ai héberger 5 jours, l’endroit physique est loin de tous les attractions touristiques à visiter et les quartiers intéressants. C est au moins 35 de marche. L entrée n est pas très accueillent, la cuisine c est pas ranger et pas très propre. Les chambres sont bien, tranquille. La jeune fille très gentille et disponible pour vous aider. ,

鉄壁のセキュリティ

新しい施設で非常に清潔です。１階共用スペースにキッチン有。屋上にはランドリーも有。入口は24時間電動シャッターで守られてます。都度、リモコンキーにて自身で開閉が必要です。 看板も無い(番地のみ掲示)うえにシャッターが閉まってる為、チェックインの際には(チェックインの時間が大幅に変わってしまい)苦戦しました。事前にチェックインの時間を(エクスペディアの)メールで尋ねられるので、そのやりとりを確実に行う必要があります。 チェックインイン/アウトの時間は、かなり、かなり、かなり融通が利きます。とにかく、かなり自由です。
