Surprisingly it's a very high quality service apartment in the middle of a busy street. The room is decently furnished with high quality hardware. Open kitchen, bathroom and bedroom are nicely done. Bright, comfy, cosy and quiet. Th only short side is there are not many restaurants or cafes around. But for business travellers, the hotel is more than good enough.

Nice Staff and Good Space

I stayed here for a week and I will say that as someone who normally stays at chain hotels, I am happy I moved away from that for this extended stay because this property gave me a lot for the price. The front staff is very nice and always gave me a great big smile every time I walked by them in the morning. The room was really spacious, but I will say that I wish there were more trash cans in the room. Also I am someone who likes to exercise and while this hotel does have a "gym", unless you just want cardio, it is incredibly limited. But as A whole I would stay here again and recommend for others who are looking for a good hotel at a very affordable price that feels like being in a home as compared to just a tight room.

DHTS is a great property for both business and leisure travelers to HCMC. The "apartment" nature of the hotel means that rooms are larger than average with great amenities such as free laundry for the guests. And the hotel is in a great neighborhood just outside of District 1 (but close to the airport) which gives the feel as being part of the local community. The rooftop pool is also awesome with a great view and open late. Staff and housekeeping could not be more helpful. Highly recommended!
