My daughter and her husband spent their wedding night in the hotel,I booked it for a surprise wedding gift, the hotel decorated the room with swans and petals on the bed with scattered chocolates.. went above and beyond to make them feel special..thank you!!

Very central location. The room should have more storage area and less dust catchers. The light in the bathroom is too deep. The view was good but there was a construction site in front of our window. Our minibar in the room didn't work and was moldy... Breakfast was okay, the hotelstaff was friendly and helpful!

I kept emphasizing my expectation on hot water, and the hotel staff replied the hot water is available all the time during my stay. Sadly, the hot water equipment was still out of order and the staff attitude was not positive to resolve the issue. Very poor internal management communication, facility maintenance and problem solving standard. It's not worthy of money. Care before booking.
