It was my 2nd visiting at Kayausagi. Thus stay also was full of satisfaction! Hotspring, Food, Staff kindness, everything! They provide pick up&drop off service, ans it was very convenient to book transportation via Expedia message function in advance. I personally wants to share a sincere gratitude to Kayausagi that contacting and helping me regarding my lost item(phone) even after my stay :)

Traditional Ryokan with very thoughtful touch
It was little small room upstairs of the lobby area but filled with lots of antiques. There was a toilet with electronic bidet system built but not the full bathroom. There were 2 public hot springs on site, it switches everyday at 6:30am so we could experience both hot springs. There was another nice hot spring calls Yumesansui in walking distance next to the small fall at the creek. For the guests staying at this ryokan were free to use this onsen as well.very high in price so we just chose the breakfast included. The breakfast was carefully made and prepared with very thoughtful and sensitive touches so it would be very nice if we could afford the dinner as well.

Ryokan with very nice outdoor onsen in the villa
Staff was very attentive, food was good and the onsen was superb! Villa was very spacious. Will love to visit again. Ranks up there with all the good ryokans I have stated in and at higher price point too.

大変お世話になりました。大正レトロ風で素敵な旅館でした。お庭が手入れされ綺麗でした。 食事も美味しかったです。お風呂のお湯も良かったです！

직원들도 너무너무 친절하고 가이세키가 기대이상으로 맛있고 좋았습니다! 진짜 대접받는 느낌이 뭔지 알것같았어요! 엄마랑 여행이였는데 엄마가 너무 만족해 하셨습니다 개인온천이 없는 방으로 예약했으나 저녁 10시정도에 온천하니 전세탕 마냥 사람없이 사용 가능했네요 다음에 히타에 온다면 다시 숙박 하고 싶어요!

재방문을 약속하며
한적한 시골마을의 산비탈과 계곡을 힘차게 흐르는 강옆에 위치한 오래된 전통료칸 하타고 가야우사기. 훌륭한 온천욕과 거기에 료칸의 모든 스텝들의 친절하고 세심한 배려가 와이프와 결혼기념으로 잡은 여행을 더없이 만족스럽게 만들어 주었다. 2박3일간의 숙박기간 동안 료칸에서의 4번(석식과 조식)은 훌륭했고, 결혼기념 여행임을 알고 료칸측의 서프라이즈 축하케익과 축하인사 이벤트는 우리 부부에게 또 하나의 멋진 추억을 선사하였다.

친절한 서비스와 훌륭한 식사에 만족한 카야우사기.
직원분들은 친절 하고 호텔은 깨끗하고 편안했습니다. 2박 했는데 노천 온천은 이용할수 없어서 아쉬웠지만 음식은 훌륭했습니다. 다만, 호텔 옆 강가의 물소리가 생각보다 커서 밤에는 조금 시끄러웠네요. 창문 앞에 매화가 피어있어서 좋았습니다.

친정 엄마 모시고 꼭 다시 가고 싶어요
정말 너무 만족스러운 여행의 추억을 남겨준 곳이에요. 120년도 넘은 곳을 어떻게 그렇게도 깨끗하게도 할 수 있는지 정말 존경스러울 정도이구요. 석식과 조식은 꼭~꼭~드셔야만 합니다. 음식이 예쁠뿐 아니라, 너무 맛있었어요. 친구들과 아름다운 추억을 남겼는데, 친정엄마 모시고 꼭 다시 가고 싶은 장소입니다. 다른 사람들에게 적극 추천하고 싶은 장소입니다. 직원분들도 다들 너무 친절하세요.

140년된 일본전통 가옥으로 된 료칸입니다. 식사가 매우 정갈하고 정성스럽습니다. 개인 노천탕이 있는 방에 묵었는데 바이패스 전망은 조금 아쉽습니다.

趣のある宿
内湯露天風呂付き離れに宿泊しました。旧家を移築されたようで古さはありますが清掃はしっかり行き届いています。食事も旬を大事に調理されています。

大変満足させていただきました。
露店風呂付離れ（ハイクラス）に一泊しました。 お食事は、どのお料理も板前さんの丁寧さを感じ、大変おいしくいただけました。特に里芋のしんじょうは絶品でした。またアユの塩焼きではなく醤油付けアユの焼きものでこれも珍しくすべていただけました。 お部屋も造りが古民家ながら清潔で満足でした。 ただ一点、シャンデリアと天井スポットの電球が昼白色だったのが残念でした。電球色にであれば室内の雰囲気、インテリアと合っていたかと思います。

아기자기하고 석식과 조식을 개인실에서 먹을 수 있어서 좋았다. 일본 가정집을 개조해 놓은 구조라 독특한 일본집을 경험하기 좋았다. 겨울이라 온천이 조금 추웠고 방도 바닥에서 자는거라 조금 추웠다.

お部屋もお料理も接客も良かったです。 お風呂も離れにあり風情がありました。 露天が小さかったです。でやはり歴史があるんだなと感じさせるお風呂でした。 ぬるぬるとしたお湯が気持ち良かったです。 年末に来れてリフレッシュできました。

후쿠오카에서 가깝고 조용한 온센 가보고 싶으신 분들께 적극 추천합니다
I highly recommend this place! It is close from Fukuoka (About 1hr away), and there are kind staff, lovely onsen, and tasty kaiseiki food. I stayed at a traditional suite with open-air bath and I did not want to go anywhere during my stay. 원래는 쿠로카와 마을 가려다가 다들 예약이 다 차서 다른 곳 찾아보던 중에, 여기가 토끼 테마 온센이라길래 토끼를 좋아해서 혹 해서 간 경향이 있긴 해요. 일본에 온천 여행 자주 간 사람으로서 숙박 후 결과적으로 정말 만족스러웠어요!(딱히 토끼가 많이 있지는 않음ㅋㅋ) 저는 실내 실외탕이 딸린 별채에 묵었는데 정말 동화같이 예쁜 집이었어요! 한국인 직원분도 두분 (한분은 식당 쪽? 두 분 다 감사합니다!) 계셔서 불편한 점도 없었고, 음식을 방안에서 못 먹는게 조금 아쉽긴 했지만 음식도 다 맛있었어요! 미리 요청하면 히타역까지도 송영서비스도 가능하고 하루는 히타 시내 센야에 장어덮밥 먹으러 나갔다가 택시 타고 삿포로 맥주 공장 구경하고 숙소까지 슬슬 걸어왔어요! 후쿠오카에서 1시간 JR 타고 가면 끝이라 가깝고 좋았어요^^ (히타 역은 IC 카드 사용이 불가능해서 하야카켄 있어도 기차 안에서 직원에게 지불하시거나 하카타역에서 미리 표 구매하셔야 해요)
