"Neat and friendly staff"

"The room was better than expected, bathroom was huge and the bath was lovely after a long day. The bed was comfy and lovely views. Staff were very friendly and was very easy parking. 100% recommend staying here and I will be back "

"The room was pretty basic although that was what we expected as we'd booked the cheapest room with a shared bathroom. The soundproofing of the rooms is pretty poor though - we could hear the person/people in the room next to us talking and the sound carried into our room and even earplugs didn't help. We alerted staff at about 1am who helpfully knocked on the door next door. Unfortunately, our neighbour(s) didn't take this to heart. At 1.30am I went down to reception again as we could not sleep at all because of the sounds. I asked for another room and staff were very helpful and supportive. So we slept much better once we'd moved to another room. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortuntely we had a very short night. If we had not had noisy neighbours and/if the soundproofing of rooms was better it would have been an acceptable stay in an average hotel. The beds (in both rooms) were comfy. "

"Shower soap dispenser empty. When shower is in main room you end up getting a wet floor retrieving other soaps!"
