"Major construction occurring from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm - even on the weekends. Very noisy and the elevators were slow due to construction crew use. I checked in at noon and didn't get a text that my room was ready until 5:30 pm. Staff was nice but wouldn't honor Bonvoy points because travel was booked through Expedia."

"When I pulled back the bed cober sheet it was obvious that the linens had not been changed. There were specks of some black substance and a very long black hair on the bottom sheet. The desk agent was apologetic and changed the linens herself. Still though, kind of gross to think I might have slept using a stranger’s pillows and sheets had I not noticed it. "

"The property has so much construction going on that it’s quite an inconvenience. They should lower their rates for everyone’s inconvenience! Mud everywhere! The restaurant is no longer and all that’s available is a very small, limited seating “Milk house” that has very limited food items. Long, out of the way entrance to their pools. Puddles of muddy water we had to navigate through to get to the Crater. "
