"Clean room excellent and helpful staff location is right near the train station if you are looking for a quaint room on a budget this is your location. I am a vegetarian so we ate away from the hotel for breakfast due to lack of options market and restaurants near thank you staff for a wonderful stay it was much appreciated!! Also we could store our things for the day after check out …BONUS LOVE MACHU PICCHU!!!"

"Staff was amazing and kind! They picked us up directly from the train station and escorted us to the hotel and helped bring all our luggages us the stairs. Breakfast was amazing and the views were breathtaking. Located in the heart of Aguas Calientes with mountain view. Bed was comfortable, shower water was hot, and WiFi was fast. Staff also gave us great recommendations on where to eat and explore. Very accommodating and warm people all around. Thank you for an amazing stay!"

Breakfast was great, served fruit, ham and cheese, pastries, choice of eggs and quinoa pancakes. Only one thing would be that the hallways are very loud, any conversation can be overheard easily, so if thats a concern for you .. "

"Not fancy for certain but clean. No view and no elevator but does have electric outlets. Has a color tv but no channels we could find before giving up. Breakfast is included but VERY simple. The staff will kindly hold your luggage after you check out. Not an easy walk from train station. But few hotels are"

"Horrible experience, the place adjacent to the hotel was under construction and were drilling and pounding to 1am, staff was approached and they were like if it was normal, not a care in the world. We had to go to the municipality ourselves to have them intervene and have them stop."

"Modern, clean room. Nice breakfast included. Staff was kind and exceptional. Location was fantastic with a wonderful view. Toilet has issues but very normal for the area. Very affordable. The location and the staff made this a place to return to!"

"Beds were sunken in & yellow. Smelled moldy in the room, probably because no sunlight ever hits it. Room felt kinda gross. For some reason they had music blasting into the night, despite the fact that ppl are there to see Machu Picchu & need to get up early or are coming from a multi day trek & need some rest. Wouldn't stay here again"

"The personalized service in this hotel is quite amazing, I had the best experience because the people there made us feel incredibly special. They even draw a little map of Machu Pichu with our names on it. I would like to extend the most amazing hug to this wonderful people that love what they do and just make the experience 10 times better thank you."
