"I was on a 3 week vacation. Stayed at 5 different hotels. This was by far the best. Starting with the lady who checked us in. She was so nice and professional. Everything about this hotel was amazing. We will stay here again if traveling to Placerville."

However, the showerhead was broken, there was a bright flickering landscape light outside my window which I could not fully block with the black out curtains, and the coffee maker was located in the bathroom. Ick. I never expect much from hotel breakfasts, but I have some eating restrictions and one of the few things I can reliably eat at these buffets is meat. Which in this case was hot dogs? So, a few problems and a few strange choices, for a not-cheap room."

"Parking is a little restricted, they have a back lot that you can stay in for free, but it’s a city lot with businesses so it can fill up during the day and then you have to go farther away to get parking. The hotel itself is great! clean room, a little worn but it’s really old in a very cool way. Lobby is fantastic. Help was really good, No complaints."
