Cosimo (manager) was exceptionally friendly and responsive, providing clear instructions on where to park and even upgrading us to a beautiful suite with best and amazing view. The experience was comfortable, relaxing, and truly memorable. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!!"

Even though this is a boutique Hotel, you feel like you are staying in your own private Airbnb. Everyone goes above and beyond. "This apartment is a great base to explore polignano a mare. It is clean and well located. However, the staff do not speak any English and there is much to be desired in terms of organisation. We had to wait 2 hours to have access to our room from check in time. We had to adjust our plans to facilitate this and had to wait nearby with all of our luggage. We also had to wait 45 minutes for someone to come and unlock the parking lot where we paid 20€ through the b&b to park our car the morning...
