"This is a huge resort with amazing helpful people working there however the biggest disappointment was the food both the buffets and à la cartes which needed reservations. For example the “Italian” restaurant was no where close being “italian”. The second was the alcohol seemed water down or mixed or something was off because all it did was give me stomach aches and made me tired and give me headaches. The resort lacks in activities and liveliness. The “bingo” event they had once a week costs money but they weren’t clear about it and I thought as an all inclusive hotel such events should be included. Also didn’t like the fact they only had one day a week for coconuts and pineapples. The beach pan handlers could be annoying since it’s a daily haggling every time they see you. The butler is pretty much useless. All they do is reserve the restaurants for you. The sports bar was a nightmare to watch the NBA finals. You can’t watch the games from your room. The resort is very limiting. The pool area closes at 7pm. Oh and they reuse disposable cups to serve alcohol which I thought was kind of gross. They would serve the alcohols on wet plastic cups and they won’t give bottled waters anywhere other than whatever they give in your room. Overall not worth the top dollars they charge. Too many limitations and no varieties of anything. Good is repetitive and buffets are boring. The reserved restaurants were the most disappointing. People were absolutely sweet and caring and helpful tho."

"Aunque mi estancia fue breve me pareció todo muy lindo. Limpio, gente atente. Pero la mejor impresión que me lleve fue la presentación del cantante Mario. Muy linda voz con buena variedad de música. Disfrute mucho el show y el ambiente que produjo el show."

"Staff was not attentive and unhelpful. The room was clean, the cleaning people were excellent and very responsive. The buffet was meh… the restaurants were extremely subpar and not worth the time. The rooms with swim up pools were convenient, my partner and I enjoyed having a semi private pool."
