なかなか頑張ってる感伺えます。スタッフさんの感じの良さや、古い建物を少しでも快適にリフォームしているところ等、好感のもてる印象でした。 部屋が鍵ではなく暗証番号でロックが解除されるので、安心でした。 朝食バイキングは、種類も多くて食べごたえがらありました！

最初に通された部屋はリニューアル前の古いデザインでしたが、変更してもらった部屋はリニューアルしたデザインで部屋にシャワーブースと大きな冷蔵庫もあって良かったです。部屋のエアコンが弱く、夜は寒かったです。

最悪のサービスでした。 駐車場がわかりにくく、説明も外まで出ずに、フロントで口頭での指示のみでした。 旅館から駐車場が離れていて、雨が降っていたのですが、傘も貸してくださらないし、帰りのお見送りもなく、気配りや親切さを微塵もかんじませんでした。 お夕食派まずまずでしたが、朝食のビュッフェは必要最低のメニューでした。 私にとって、この旅館の次回は絶対に有りません。 あと、お部屋はベッドと和室のある広いお部屋をとったのですが、ベットがシングルとしてもとてもいい狭かったです。 おそらくビジネスホテルのベッドよりも狭いのではないでしょうか。 また、お部屋にはお風呂は付いていませんでした。 大浴場は男女入れ替えでしたが、差があり過ぎて、夜に入った方はまだマシでしたが、朝に入った方はとても狭く、景色も悪かったです。

部屋は綺麗で清掃も整っているが、作りの古さはいかんともできず、部屋のトイレの匂いは酷く、バブル期に出来たホテルの感じがした。 食事も美味しいが、従業員の目が行き届かず、懐石料理で食事が遅く、1時間半もかかってしまった。

よく頑張っている山間の宿

建物は古いですが、真面目にメンテナンスされており、快適でした。かつて宮様もお泊まりになったのも納得いう感じ。絵画も買い漁ったのではなく、オーナーが著名画家の親戚だからとのこと。夕食はとても美味しいですが量少なめ。朝食はたっぷりで大満足。
