"The room was very clean and decently spacious. However, I wished they were more flexible with check in and check out. We had to pay a 5000 yen surcharge to check in early even though the room was available. Additionally, although we stayed seven days, we were still not allowed a late check out without paying. Despite this, we had an overall good experience. It was very quiet and the bathroom was very nice with a full bidet. The staff were polite and respectful and helped us navigate the subway....

"I looked up a hotel in the neighborhood after our flight got cancelled. I wanted to find something big enough for the five of us. This was the first one to appear in the list. The room was very spacious and clean with modern amenities. We arrived after surrounding restaurants had closed, but there was a convenience store very nearby so we brought a feast back to our room and sat around the dining table to relax."

"Had a fantastic stay here with the family. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond. Special shout out to Trinh who gave us some koinobori and made our little ones very happy! Location was great. Nearest Donki is a 20 minute walk, which helped when we needed to buy an extra suitcase last minute. Coin laundry was a bonus especially with a young family, and the rooms were nice and large. Theres also a lovely rooftop terrace. Highly recommend staying here."

"Impressed with the space, cleanliness, modern appeal and location. Fit our family of 5 perfectly. Comfortable beds, cool air conditioner unit, amazing water pressure for showers and hot water. It was perfect! We loved the decor and that it was very modern and upscale. Location was easy to find and right near a station. Highly recommend. "

Short Vacation

"Overall experience were good. Onsen were good, bed is too hard for us We were unhappy with the check out experience. The front desk is calling us three times for the 15 minutes delayed. Check out time is very stiff, no flexibility."

"Hot like suana. They should have option for cold air instead of hot since the aircond is heated. And window is not opened. We were sweating like pigs. My room is like suana. The corridor of my room is much much cooler than room."
