"Bed sheets had blood stains? Sofa was so nasty no one would have used it. The A/C did not work, No shampoo and conditioner, no bath soap. Only one package of old coffee for two people. Water pressure was awful. Lobby was terrible, looked like it was being used asa storage unit. Management under a Rhaul Patel. "

"I paid for a non-smoking room, and the smell of fresh cigarettes was terrible. But that wasn't the worst part; they gave me a FILTHY room. There were stains of personal fluids on the bed and pillows, a dirty refrigerator, and trash everywhere. When I complained, they didn't even apologize; they just gave me another room, and obviously, I couldn't sleep well or trust the cleaning. My body was itchy. The most disgusting experience I've ever had."

"Only thing that was bothersome was the attitude of desk clerk on check in - she couldn’t be bothered when I asked about getting a different room - curt short answer just not possible - I asked about room on first floor - my wife has mo bility issues - we ended up on 2nd floor but at end of hallway which was a distance "

"Overall property and staff were nice and room was clean. One issue we encountered was when we arrived, the front desk attendant stated we had continental/hot breakfast included in our stay but the next day when we went down to eat, we were told that wasn’t true and we needed to pay $15/ per person to eat. This information would have been good to note at the beginning of our stay but stay was decent nonetheless. "

"A beautiful stay, with exquisite bed sheets and thoughtful home design. But . . . thin walls. My neighbors were partying at 4 am! A quiet time, or an enforced quiet time, would have helped."

"No longer served breakfast!!!!! We stayed here about 4 years ago when under different management and were given a full tour of this beautiful, historic home, and had the most delicious breakfast in one of the reception rooms, a table for two. So romantic! Well, new management has stopped serving breakfast and there’s none of the feel of enjoying the reception rooms to sit and read or talk or take in the atmosphere of the olden days. I’m sorry to say it’s now just an expensive hotel with nice...

"Exceptionally clean. Nice amenities. Comfortable bed. Walking distance to Simmons Arena. Several good restaurants within 2 blocks. The only reason not a 5 star rating is noise from outside (price you pay for convenience!) did not cease until after 1pm (and this was a Wed). "
