"Staff were helpful and friendly, room was a generous size and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was on the dirty side and very dated (toilet barely flushed). The hotel offered no amenities but had a basic free breakfast. Lots of parking, however not in a walkable or convenient location. Room walls were thin but no road or outside noise present, but would be an issue with loud neighbours. Would recommend this hotel if you are budget conscious or need to stay for 1 night. "The Hotel was ideally located for our trip to St. John, easy on and off the major freeway to all the places we wanted to explore. The room was clean and up to date plenty of places to charge your electronics. The best thing about the Chateau was the staff, Rachel at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. "The staff was lovely but the room was very unclean. Stunk of cigarettes and there was burn holes in the bedding. Empty alcohol bottles and cans everywhere. We left immediately. "Lots of excitement noise coming up the hall from the pool. From 6am to 10 pm Saturday. Seemed to be about one pool party there each day I stayed. You may want to request a room in another wing. Breakfast was great though and staff more than willing to ensure a good stay."
