"This hotel is a joke. This is nothing compared to a 5 star hotel or a resort. It's more like an Inn/Motel. Don't be fooled by the pictures on expedia. Roaches all over. Bed bugs under the blanket. Very unhygienic, especially if your traveling with a kid. Extremely disappointed. We checked out in less than 2 days. Additionally they only refunded for 1 night, not both nights. Terrible people. Food was alright though!"

"Worst property to stay because no cleaning inside the room. Even we asked three times for amenities and toiletries. Unresponsive staff they don’t know how to speak customers even their property manager Mr. Lalit was so rude with us . If I paid for Deluxe Double room so they can’t force me to stay in single room. "Property was okay as construction work going on but the service was pathetic. The phone in the room and the Tv was out of service, after complaining one of the hotel staff gave his mobile number to co ordinate any request. We called to order food for dinner as my partner had to take medicines after meal, the hotel staff was drunk af and forgot about our order when we called them after about an hour to enquire about food, the staff was not in a condition to talk as he was so drunk and by that...
