"I was disappointed with the room.It definitely needed a refurbishing since it looked old and tired.
The bathroom was particularly disappointing with a great deal of work to bring it to the star rating.
The spa too could do with a facelift.
The one place that I felt was 5 star was in the dinning room with the chef and the catering manager taking the accolade,overall a lovely place to stay at."

"This Property is not a worth at all at the price they are changing. In the name heritage property they are just fooling you. Booked the all inclusive package from Expedia but they refused to give breakfast and other meals. Staff is not supportive. Only good thing about property is views from the room is awesome."
"Awesome stay at solitude. The staff is amazing and food is also very nice. Its very secluded and sound of river is very relaxing.
They don't server liquor so make sure you get your own stuff, but they can arrange if you have not bought it but it would take some time.
The river is not ideal for bath as the rocks are too slippery but you can sit at the side and enjoy tea/beer/soup.
They also have small track to almost private waterfall named paritaal which is also amazing.

"This hotel is a joke. This is nothing compared to a 5 star hotel or a resort. It's more like an Inn/Motel. Don't be fooled by the pictures on expedia. Roaches all over. Bed bugs under the blanket. Very unhygienic, especially if your traveling with a kid. Extremely disappointed. We checked out in less than 2 days. Additionally they only refunded for 1 night, not both nights. Terrible people. Food was alright though!"
"There is no parking facility. We stayed in R.N. 15 top floor on 13th June. Rooms are dirty, smelly and filthy. Wash basin in bathroom is broken. No geyser in bathroom which is a basic need in a hill station. They charge Approx. Rs 4000/- per day which is far higher as compare to facilities available."
