"Clean, well-equipped room with balcony and countryside views, friendly staff, lovely breakfast and fantastic pool and spa facilities. This was our second visit to Hatherley Manor and they maintained a consistently high standard of service on both occasions. One of the nicest hotel experiences we’ve had."

"The apartment was very clean and tidy, and of a very large size which gave it a very homely feel. the kitchen had everything you could need for your stay. Very happy with the parking and location close to Gloucester Quay for shops/bars/restaurants. "

"All felt very dated. Walls and floors all paper thin, could hear everything from folks waking at 6am, with the addition of construction work right outside the window at 7:30am. Rooms, whilst clean, were basic and tired, and far too warm with no ability to adjust temperature. Pay and display parking (with no guest discount) is a bit odd too. Not sure what grants this a 4*, but it certainly isn’t. Get what you pay for. "
