"The grounds were beautiful with very colorful plants and flowers. The staff were welcoming. The view from our balcony was awesome! Our room was clean. When we checked in, our safe needed a battery and someone came up immediately to fix it. The hotel was in a great location. I would definitely stay here again."

"This is a lovely hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and courteous and address any needs you have. The bar and restaurant staff were awesome. It is great to be able to eat a meal and then walk onto the beach. The hotel also provides lounge chairs and beach towels. I do wish they provided clips to secure towels to the chairs."

"Rooms in older areas are tired,had no hot water for 14 days….. should give 2 stars ,certainly not a 4 star resort as advertised,but the beach,location and most staff were wonderful……. Could be so much better though "

"Rooms were clean and spacious. Food was very good…they were able to accommodate severe allergies with one of our friends. Nightly entertainment was great and then night was finished in the piano bar. It would have been nice to have a pianist every night instead of just music. Bars and bartenders were awesome….but the main bars closed at roughly 10:30 which meant you had to go to piano bar for a drink instead of sitting outside. Spa was very relaxing. Recreation team were top notch. Special shoutout to Rohan, Vembe, Mia and GM Caroline! "
