"The room was not clean when we arrived, although it had been released for us to occupy. The carpeted floor had not been vacuumed. There were peanuts on the floor and lint, etc. that had not been vacuumed. The bathroom had not been cleaned. There was a dried up contact on the tile floor. The breakfast was bordering on terrible. The eggs were cold, the oatmeal was cold. I had to find the breakfast attendant to notify her we needed forks. She was in the preparation room . . . sitting on a chair and texting on her phone. Will not stay at a Country Inn & Suites again. We had to check out a day early and we were not given a refund even though we were checking out prior to check-out time . . .stating we had booked for 3 days. I am sure they re-rented out paid for room, even though it was paid for by us."

"The loft room was great with 4 individual beds, 2 single beds in the loft and 2 queen beds on the main floor. There are 2 TVs as well with one in the loft and one on the main floor. I did not find any team bags, so that could be added for a better experience. We were hoping the pool would be open for the season, but it was not when were were there at the end of April 2026. The Game room was great and my kids went done there to play a few times. Walking distance to restaurants. We enjoyed eating dinner at Farmboy Kitchen (they have large cinnamon rolls that were fantastic) which was only a 5 minute walk away. There are great view in every direction of this hotel so I feel that every room with a window likely has a great view available."

"I got a call from the property about an hour before check in letting me know they had double booked and I wouldn’t have my room available. Their team sprang into action and booked me a room at a neighboring property and refunded the reservation cost. In addition to the stay being at no cost, they even sent over a gift basket. Their actions proved to me that they truly put the customer first, even if they aren’t able to accommodate at their property. Amazing service recovery! You have earned a life long customer."

"We enjoyed the history of the building. We enjoyed the breakfast and the bar at the hotel. The room itself was very dark. It only had 1 table lamp. It could use another table lamp or floor lamp. We did open the blind for daylight. Also some kind of chair would have been nice to sit on, other than the bed. But otherwise an enjoyable stay, close to everything."

"Staff was great! Room was spacious and comfortable, better than anticipated. Breakfast was questionable (I didn’t eat, but heard that more than one time - artificial eggs was the complaint), stove top in our room didn’t work, but we had our own cook plate anyway. Other guests smoking right by the door. All in all, we’d actually stay again. Comfortable "

"This was a wonderful stay! I highly recommend. They are dog friendly (for a fee) and it was the best property we've ever stayed at with pets. For those who travel with pets, you know what I mean! It felt luxurious, very comfortable bed. We loved that the dog friendly rooms have the exterior access door too, that was a big help. The breakfast was different every morning and delicious every time! It was exciting to find out what the breakfast menu was each day. The pool and hot tub were quiet and we enjoyed it all to ourselves (and it's right across from our dog friendly room which made checking on the dogs easy and quick)."
