"Though I only stayed there for one day, the trip was very pleasant! Several of the employees speak perfect English, they were very accommodating and very helpful. The dinner and breakfast were both delicious, the breakfast being a buffet that had very many options in case you are a picky eater. Both of the private onsens were also very nice "

"The room was not what I expected from this chain of hotels. The room was larger than expected. Fortunately I had the non-smoking floor. I had another room room on the smoking floor and it was a pretty strong odor. Just be careful of what you're booking when making your reservations. It was also within walking distance from many restaurants and provided ample parking."
