"Good sized rooms, convernient to everything "
Have stayed many times but much better this time. Adina appears to have been recently renovated. It is close to everything but far enough away to be reasonably quiet

Good for a weekend getaway with friends. They made us sign a non-party clause which I thought was odd, might get loud at night?

"Great time in Melbourne!"
The hotel is centrally located close to the large casinos. There are lots of shopping and restaurants within a short walk. It's easy to get public transportation close to the hotel. They have a laundry room where the guests can do their laundry. Also, there's an iron and ironing board in the room. The small kitchen was well supplied with the things I needed to do light meals. I would certainly recommend this hotel to a friend and I'd certainly stay there on future visits to the lovely city of Melbourne. One negative, though. The WiFi costs $84 Australian per week and is very slow that it's frustrating to use.

"Best. Location. Ever. "
I paid a little more than my intended budget for this trip, purely because the hotel looked fabulous and extremely well located in the Expedia listing. All I can say is WOW. mantra did not disappoint. My one and only word of caution about booking the basement rooms - if you're in 118 you will very clearly hear the live music at the bar next door. This was usually done by about midnight on the Friday and Saturday night that I was there.

"Spacious rooms in the middle of the CBD"
We loved having the kitchenette, dining table, living room, etc. It was great to come back to at the end of the day. Staff was really nice and helpful. We typically would go find some great breakfast spots on vacay but had things planned way too early for that. Their breakfast was super easy with lots of various options, helped us start our busy day with full bellies. You can hear street noise at night, however that is simply part of being in the middle of it all! It was so nice to just walk out the door to food and shopping. We found it very easy to just walk up little burke street to the pizzaria etc for lunch. We will stay here again. My husband started looking at other properties they have because he liked it so much. I could nap mid-day (pregnant) and he could hang out and watch sports in the living space without bothering me.
