"Friendly staff"

"The breakfast was great"

"Couldn’t get the tv to work. Staff tried multiple times and still couldn’t get it to work. Had to use our personal hotspot and ps5 to watch tv. No clear signs anywhere when the slide was open or closed. We booked it purposely for the slide and kid pool. Had we known it wasn’t open on Sunday mornings we wouldn’t have booked here. The kid pool water fountain was broke. Staff was never at the desk. Overall not a great experience."

"Was hoping for a classic cup of coffee, but it came from a machine that had very strong coffee at EXTREME hott temperature."

"The staff was amazing. Very professional, and polite. It is hard to find such wonderful customer service in most industries these days, but these ladies were all above spectacular...... The Hot tub was not working, but the pool was. A little chilly, but refreshing.... Room was clean...."

"We stayed for eight days and having accommodations including the kitchen made our stay so much better than a regular hotel room. Their fitness center included some pretty heavy weights, which was great because many places we stay have small weights and it was an unexpected surprise so we could get in some good workouts every day. The staff was super helpful and friendly, and the hotel was very clean."

"Both Mornings I went for Breakfast, not late, they were out of coffee, had to ask. The choices for food, was ok, but not great. Not near enough tables to eat at though, very small area! My room was clean, and nice, was a little smaller than I expected. The air conditioner was on the wall next to the bed, not much room to walk around it. And the fan was stuck, couldn't move the direction it was blowing, even could feel it clear across the room. I tried to turn fan to low, not much different!"

"Great hotel, super nice staff that went out of their way to be helpful. The elevator made a weird noise at the top when it was about to stop. The doors were extremely heavy making it a little hard to open easily or close softly. Breakfast was good but not great in options. A little bit of garbage on floor but nice clean room and new looking."

"The guy (Rahul) at the reception forgot that I had checked in and came "checking" @ 3:00 AM, ruining my sleep for the night !! Also, it was a very "sparsely" populated "free breakfast table" , with hardly anything available. Elevator not functioning."

"The faculty was nice and polite but… The reason I picked this hotel after a 12 hr day working outside in the heat was because it showed they had a pool in the hot tub. The pool was shut down when I got there and no hot tub existed. The room was dirty. The fridge smelled like fish. There was a cracks in the bathtub holes in the walls and the air conditioner was loud and kept me up all night. The towels were dirty and stained. There was also a towel stuck in the exhaust fan in the ceiling....

"Nobody was ever around to help us and it was filthy like nobody ever cleaned around there. Blinds were broken tv didn't work,water got all over the floor from the br shower. But the one thing I loved most was I was able to bring my fur babies there."
