"The staff in the late evening was excellent- the only complaint we had with the hotel was that there were no luggage racks for us to carry our many belongings into our room for the night ( after a very long day for us) at 10pm. The desk clerk was beside herself because they have 3 carts but evidently the last 3 customers who used them kept them in their rooms for use the next morning! They need a tracking system for them!!
The breakfast was your basic fare- nothing special but every thing was...

"Amazing hotel if staying in Orlando to go to the Disney Parks. Shuttle service as great with many drop off + pick up time to all 4 parks + Disney Springs.
Staff was very nice and dinner + breakfast are included in stay and each adult gets 3 included drinks a night during the 5:30 - 7:30 PM kickback. Pool was huge with lots of lounge chairs as well.
Would absolutely stay here again!!!"

"Room wasn’t bad the problem was the window in the room, there’s no tint whatsoever you can literally see into anyone’s room in the day time I had my curtain closed the whole time, it’s also thin glass and you can hear everything outside, worst part is they won’t even let you use their microwave unless you buy whatever you have from their little store. $5 maruchan no thanks they’re literally less than a dollar at a normal store "
