"This is a beautiful, peaceful property staffed by the most helpful and friendly people. The reception is always manned with welcoming, knowledgeable staff who cater for your every need. The bedrooms are spotless and cleaned daily. The beds and bedding are excellent. Very comfortable and luxurious sheeting and pillows. "Check in easy and polite, live piano in the lobby bar on Tues Thurs Sunday 8-11 pm, robes and complimentary bottle of red were a nice touch in our junior suite, balconies great with awesome view is the bay, and outlets were universal taking American, European, and UK charge types and maybe Australian and Asian too. "Great hotel, clean and friendly helpful staff. The disability amenities could be improved, the ramps are quite steep but the staff are always happy to assist. I found the shower difficult to access with a wheelchair. Excellent restaurant, great food. Overall I would recommend highly."

The room was very clean and open (we were upgraded for my birthday) we had a hot tub. We had a sea view with a balcony. "Staff came across quite unwelcoming and the room wasn’t the cleanest. Although we didn’t pay for a balcony, we didn’t expect to be underground with a tiny window. Room was next door to the Breakfast room so lots of noise and disturbance early in the morning. There was construction that we were not aware of that was also very loud. "The entrance to the hotel is lovely. The rooms are standard. Lack of plugs, usb charging in the telephones which took overnight to charge my phone. Soundproofing wasn't the best either, needed a room change as was woken up at 7am but a constant banging for above our room. Staff was lovely. You have access to the free sundbeds on the beach although, they don't like you taking your own food and drink there as want you to purchase from their bar.
