Parking was $50/day and other service fees- ended up being an additional $450 for 4 days (not food/drink- just nonrefundable fees.) Then there’s the $400 refundable they take on top of that. "The accommodation was very nice! Great property location and extremely clean. For a 100 year old mansion, it was in great shape! It’s right next door to the southern most point buoy! Walkable to Mallory square. The parking lot is only for guests and although there was a charge, it was cheaper than parking in Mallory square!"

"There are no handicap accommodations. Breakfast was not even a 3 star. The place was clean & the staff were friendly. There is absolutely NO parking. There are NO elevators. There is NO late check out. The heated pool seemed to be for the cottages around the pool. And not for others. The other pool was nice & had a welcoming atmosphere. "

"It’s a good location and gives you easy access to a lot of spots nearby, but keep a few things in mind. They charge a $45 daily resort fee for snacks and water, and the two bottles of water in the room aren’t complimentary — if you drink them, they charge $5 each. The extra fees felt pretty sneaky overall. The room itself was extremely small and clearly not designed for spending much time in. The room smelled strongly like chlorine, and the LED light on the ceiling fan wouldn’t turn off at...

"Very quiet street location, room was a little dated but did the trick, the AC is cold but loud, so prepare for that as they are just small window units. The water pressure is horrible, took 5 minutes just to get the water hot. Old school lock and keys, nothing electronic in this place, Breakfast was fresh fruit and some bagels and some pretty decent coffee. There is very little parking so don't drive, you don't need a car anyway, we walked everywhere and there are bikes to rent if you need to...

"Beautiful property with old fashioned charm! Loved the swing on the front porch the was so peaceful and calm. Wonderful pool and full breakfast around the pool each morning. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bicycle rental was available at the site, and they were perfect for getting around the downtown area. Will definitely stay here again!!"
