A boiler was down so there were some hot water issues- staff were great, building could use some TLC, but convenient and near what we needed.

Portland Regency Hotel & Spa
There was an unadvertised parking charge which was not included. Cleanliness was a little lacking. No hot tub or pool- and for a "nice" hotel it wasn't as nice as we'd hoped.
