excellente nuit dans cet hébergement typique. Proche des lieux à visiter. Parking à proximité. Très bon accueil de la propriétaire, très sympathique, qui nous a donné les explications nécessaires et visites de la ville à faire, très bon conseil pour le restaurant juste à côté dans la rue à gauche. Très bon petit déjeuner japonais livré le matin. Machines à laver et sèche linge très pratique si nécessaire.

Old run down house with beautiful surrounding

The house that we stayed - Iori Setogawa - was very old and condition poor. The bedrooms are upstairs but the stairs are very steep - not suitable for old folks or young children. The surrounding area however was very nice.

Traditional Japanese house in a decent quiet neighborhood. The unit is spacious and neat with all that you need. Its closeby to many decent family style restaurants and bar. The only The stairs inside is very steep and could be a little dangerous for kids though.

Traditional elegance and tranqulity

Stogawa house in Hida Furukawa. Beautifully preserved & presented over 100 year old Japanese guest house. Elegance & tranquillity perfect for a couple of nights while visiting @watanabesakebrewery located just minutes away by Setogawa canals. Complimentary breakfast was freshly cooked and timely delivered by a local chef. Personal welcome by the owner made this place a great starting point for our travels. *Please note that staircase to upper level might not be for everyone.
